Zach Yohn

Level Up Construction was born from the passion of a seasoned veteran of the industry, with a career spanning over 28 years and 4 states. He is well versed in all phases of residential construction, structural repairs, commercial light tenant improvement, and remodeling including historic renovations. Zach’s life in construction began as a teenager working for the family masonry business until transitioning into a finish carpentry apprenticeship. Finish carpentry became a passion in which he excelled to a master finish carpenter specializing in finish trim and cabinetry. Throughout his career he has continued to take every opportunity to learn and grow with this quickly changing industry, having become one of the Front Range’s only Therma-Tru certified door installers, and an Andersen Window Certified Contractor. Backed by a proven history of on-time, in-budget and high-quality project completions he is the leader of all that is Level Up Construction. Above all, he provides guidance to all our clients from conception to post construction.

Jen Marcussen

Jen came to Level Up Construction with over 20 years of experience in the construction industry and joined the team as our Operations Manager. Since then she now executes our in-house designs, in addition to Project Management and Administration. Throughout her career in this industry she has managed the project administration and finance for over $60 million in hospitality, retail commercial construction, and residential construction projects. Her background in operations management, accounts receivable/collections and finance helps to keep the entire project accounting streamlined, detailed and accurate. She is the point of contact for all project billing and has long standing relationships with many major banks and SBA lenders and is always available to help clients before, during and after their projects. Additionally, Jen’s attention to the budget and cost management is a huge asset as she helps to fine tune your vision for your project or help bring your vision to life by creating a full project design within your approved project cost.

Level Up Construction has relationships with many suppliers and vendors. We are certified installers for Therma-Tru Windows & Door, we are certified installers for Andersen Windows & Doors, and for Wedi Tile Systems . We are also proud to be a Pro Approved contractor for The Home Depot. It is our guiding principle to never stop learning, we are always participating in and providing continuing education opportunities to our team, while working to create apprentice employment positions to help mentor the next generation of construction team members to help Keep Craft Alive.
